Our story
Ann-e Creations has a rich heritage in the corporate workwear and uniform industry. We design and manufacture high quality, customised corporate clothing and uniforms to a range of industries and clients from our factory in Durban, under the Ann-e label. The company is a vibrant and dynamic organization celebrating over 20 years in operation. A highly skilled and enthusiastic workforce strives for nothing short of excellence in production, quality and service.
Whilst ownership has changed over the years, the legacy on which the business was built has been retained le uncompromising quality on custom sized products at the highest levels of service to ensure that our clients are always happy. In recent years, there has been a focus on creating a refreshed and new approach to corporate clothing .
Ownership
Chetan Gulab comes from a bloodline of tailors. As a result, his passion for the clothing industry started at a very young age whilst he helped out at various family-owned tailoring establishments in and around Johannesburg. As a young entrepreneur, Chetan established his first retail clothing store in Johannesburg in 1988.
Our Business Today
Like most businesses in South Africa and across the globe, Ann-e Creations was negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
A significant retraction in demand for our products led to the establishment of a secondary line of products in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) area.
We now manufacture masks, surgical scrubs, gowns and coveralls in addition to our core product range. All PPE is made according to prescribed specifications and has been tested for approval by some of our clients
